1. Acupuncture

 Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an ancient form of Chinese Medicine that promotes a natural healing response for balancing the body.
Acupuncture works by increasing the body's natural healing response through the stimulation of acupressure points throughout the body. It stimulates the body’s ability to resist or overcome illnesses and conditions by correcting imbalances.

*Acupuncture works by activating the body's own healing powers, so it can be beneficial for
many health conditions.

2. Moxibustion (Koshiishi Kyu)

Moxibustion is the practice of burning the Chinese herb Ai Ye or Artemis Vulgaris and holding
the heat near the skin. This warms the area and allows the heat to penetrate the acupuncture
points, which then affects them in the same way as acupuncture. This can be done alone or in
combination with acupuncture.

6. Cupping

Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed.
This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair.
It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue.
Restoring balance between Yin/Yang is thought to help with the body’s resistance to pathogens as well as its ability to increase blood flow and reduce pain.
